Tammarra Alonso

I'm a wife and mom of six who is passionate about helping others in their health journey. I've been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years with a special love for ballet barre and pilates. Join me for some amazing and fun workouts!

Pilates Exercise

Pilates

Pilates is a full-body movement experience that will tone, stregthen, legthen, and engage all the big and small core muscles of the body.

Stretching

Barre

Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet and pilates. Barre focuses on low-impact, high intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone your body in ways that few other workouts can.

Functional Fitness

I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor through ISSA as well as two spin certifications through NETA. My training includes education in post partum, Barre, ballet-based exercise, functional fitness, suspension training, and strength training for seniors.​

CrossFit Class

TRX & Strength

TRX training is a low impact workout suitable for all levels. During the workout you will engage your whole body to improve cardio and strength allowing you to achieve any health goal.

Plank Exercise

Cardio & Strength

Small group training focused on building strength and cardio health. The small group setting allows the trainer to build a connection with each participant and provide proper attention during each workout.

Hannah Rowell

As a heart-centered yoga practice, I blend gentle movement with mindful breathing to promote healing and comfort as well as stimulating growth on all levels. I earned a 200-hour yoga teaching certification from White Crow Yoga in the lineage of Thiramoolar, which informs my understanding of the 8 Limbs of Yoga.

Sherie Mallard

My mission is to share my knowledge and love for Zumba Fitness to help others lead healthier and happier lives. I fell in love with working out after a friend invited me to Zumba. I lost 100 pounds and found joy and purpose and a passion to share that with others as an instructor. It's goal time. Let's Rock It!
